To get going without spending a cent. You get your public booking link and the appointment agenda to see who books, at what time and which service. You charge the deposit or the full appointment via Mercado Pago, 0% fee. No card, no expiry: it's free forever.

Starter — your barbershop automated by a bot

Ideal if you work alone or are just starting out. You get the whole management system: agenda, customer profiles, daily register and basic metrics. Your public booking link lets anyone book from their phone without you having to reply.

• WhatsApp + Instagram with a bot. An automatic assistant replies for you: it shows free times, books the appointment, and sends reminders and confirmations. It follows fixed rules (no improvising), but covers 90% of typical messages without you lifting a finger.
• Mercado Pago integrated, 0% fee. You charge the deposit or full appointment. BarbSnap keeps nothing — you pay only what MP charges you, directly.

Bot vs. AI — what's the difference?

The bot (Starter) follows fixed rules: it does predictable tasks well —showing times, booking, reminding— but if the customer writes something unexpected, it hands it to you. The AI (Pro and Unlimited) understands natural language, improvises coherent answers, handles complex conversations and sounds like a real person on your team. In both cases the channels are the same: WhatsApp and Instagram.

Frequently asked questions

Why the same price in every country?

Because the software costs the same to build for one barbershop as for another, and charging a barbershop in a big city more than one in a small town feels wrong to us. BarbSnap costs the same wherever you open your chair.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free planincludes your booking link, the appointment agenda and Mercado Pago charging (0% fee), for 1 barber. No card required and no expiry. It doesn't include the WhatsApp/Instagram bot, campaigns or CRM, and the public page shows a "Made with BarbSnap". When you need it, you move to a paid plan from the panel.

Does the trial require a card?

Yes. You add your card at the start and get 7 days free to try everything. On day 8 your plan activates and is charged automatically. You can cancel earlier from the panel and nothing is charged.

How does the annual discount work?

You pay 10 months and use 12: the 2 extra months are our "thank you" for trusting us long-term. It applies to any plan.

Can I change plans?

Yes, whenever you want. The upgrade applies immediately; the downgrade at the next cycle.

Does WhatsApp cost extra?

No. The WhatsApp and Instagram connection is included in your plan and we handle it end-to-end — you don't have to open accounts on Meta or fight with configurations. You connect it in one tap and that's it.

What if I have more barbers than my plan's limit?

You move up a plan. We have no "extra barber charge". As you grow, you move to Pro or Unlimited when it suits you.

Is there a refund if I change my mind?

That's what the 7 free days are for: you try everything risk-free before anything is charged. Once a paid period has started we don't give refunds, but your plan stays active until the end of the term you already paid. Cancel whenever you want and it won't renew.
